This program is designed to help you get  more recognition for your leadership talents and ignite more career possibilities.

It is NOT simply a course in public speaking. Rather, it is deep dive into multiple levels of Leadership communication.

With this program, we are on a mission to help women professionals confidently share their ideas, embrace their full potential and start attracting bigger their opportunities.

It is designed to help you clear up behavioral, mental-emotional, physical, vocal, and vocabulary habits that may cause you to unknowingly signal to others that you are not quite ready for the biggest and best opportunities.

More importantly, it is designed to give you the poise and clarity to effortlessly attract more attention and better collaboration. It is not about making you someone or something you are not. It is about getting out of your own way and consciously nurturing and developing your unique brilliance.

There are several things that make this an unusual opportunity. To begin with, our work will dive deeply into the little-discussed body-brain components of presence and how we can start with our physical behavior as a tool for enhancing confidence, focus, and impact.

We do work with mindset, but unlike many coaching programs, we don’t focus primarily on what is in your head. Instead, you will have plenty of opportunities to change what shows up in your unconscious behavior. You will get the chance to practice and play and turn what you are learning into ingrained habits.

In addition, we will look at how you can bring more authenticity, personal power, and poise to a wide range of communication. We will work on your public speaking skills, but you will also enhance your negotiation skills, sales skills, conflict resolution skills, writing skills, and facilitation skills.

Fundamentally, you will learn new blueprints for bringing your best self into any important communication scenario.

Finally, this program is designed to be a time during your week when you can come together with other women for discovery, exploration, nurturing, and PLAY.

It is not meant to be another thing you need to do or should do, but rather a place where you want to explore and where you can come to re-imagine and recharge.

About the Live Workshops: 

The live workshop will help you take the skills you have built for virtual meetings and professional presence and apply them to in-person events. This part of the program adds more immersion, and the longer time frame of the meeting allows you to get in-the-moment coaching as you do fun presentation activities with your peers. 

This portion of the program is hugely beneficial but not 100% required in order to achieve a great outcome. If you need to miss one or more of the live events, you will have access to video resources to help you stay current with the material.

The live cohort will be held in our Denver office space at 865 N. Albion St, Denver, CO 80220.

All participants attending the live event must be vaccinated and boosted against Covid 19.  

Yes.

We all have hectic lives from time to time. Although the magic of the masterclass comes partly from the deep community bonds we build while learning live together in a group, there is no expectation that you need to achieve 100% live attendance. If you occasionally need to participate by watching the replay and sending your thoughts and questions via email, that is perfectly acceptable.

AND- I need to manually download and re-upload the Zoom recording into your private classroom. These files tend to be large and slow to upload. Please be advised that it may be 92 hours after the meeting date before replays are ready for viewing. Thank you for your patience. :-) 

If you are in a cohort where the workshops are in-person, and you are unable to attend one of the in-person workshops, we work together to ensure that you don't miss essential information and you have practice opportunities.

Often, I will have participants film short recaps of what they learned during the day, in addition to assigning you a "buddy" to go over missed material and practice with you. Our private one-one sessions that are already included as part of the program also provide an opportunity for you to ask questions and catch up on anything you missed.

Private Coaching can be done via Zoom, Phone Call, or in person.

Mari will contact you to schedule your private one-on-one coaching session after the 3^rd, 6^th, and 9^th meetings.

These are YOUR sessions to work on applying the information we discuss in the program in any way you need. We may work on your voice, help you navigate a job performance review, create a signature keynote, or tackle any other communications and presence project you may be facing.

Participation in the Masterclass gives you access to a full library of resources.

You will have access to:

• From Panic to Poise- How to Handle Nerves for Presentations and High Stakes Conversations

You will be given access to our online student portal one week before the Masterclass begins.

New lessons and information will be released into your digital student area 72 hours before each live meeting, and replays will be posted 72 hours after each meeting. You will have access to the online student area for 1 year, starting from the first day of our program.

If you already have previously purchased one of the courses in the Masterclass bundle, you may gift access to that particular digital course to a friend or colleague. Please email Mari directly to arrange this option.

Certification and Digital Badge:

To be eligible for the Executive Presence and Public Speaking Certification from Mari Geasair, you will need to attend 80% of our meetings, complete a multiple-choice test covering key concepts from the program and submit a short pre-recorded virtual presentation on a topic of your choice for review by Mari Geasair and a panel of 3 other adjudicators.

Upon successfully completing your certification requirements, you will be given a certification of skill, and a verifiable digital badge suitable for displaying online. Your digital badge will remain active and verifiable until December 31st 2024. After that, you can re-test to keep your digital badge active for another 3 years.

In the highly unlikely event that you have trouble successfully completing your certification requirements at first, Mari Geasair will offer additional coaching to help you cross the finish line and get your well-deserved certification.

We can certainly work on the content for a signature talk during the personal coaching portion of the Masterclass.

And remember that this program is much more than simply another public speaking course.

We will be working on your core leadership presence, including vocal quality, body language, maintaining poise during high-stakes situations or unexpected occurrences, building the right professional network or support team, and learning to craft your messages in ways that make it easier for others to remember.

These are core skills you will use in a signature talk- but they are distinct skills from the content of that talk. So, if you know that you want to craft a signature talk- good for you! Bring that portion of your goals into our 1-1 coaching sessions. And if you don’t want to deliver that style of talk, or do not yet know what you would talk about, don’t worry; you can still enhance your success through the masterclass.

No. And Yes. :-)

You will be asked to work with some audio tapes at home and sing along with some musical scales.

This is not intended to make you a singer if you do not want to be. And you will not be asked to sing for your classmates! (Although we may do demonstrations of the scales  together as a group for learning and discussion purposes.)

The vocal exercises are specially designed to strengthen and balance your vocal instrument to enhance your speaking voice. 

A significant part of executive presence is learning how to use our voices effectively. These exercises are simply another tool we use to identify core strengths and weaknesses in your voice so that you can add more resonance, strength, and flow to your speaking voice.

Don't worry. This part of the program is fun and easy- even for non-singers!
