This isn’t therapy. We won’t be unpacking your childhood or sitting with your stuck places until they soften.

You will learn to re-strategize your "Zoom Approach. Most virtual meetings are exhausting and highly ineffective from a leadership viewpoint. The format invites multitasking, attention drifts in seconds, and your most thoughtful ideas get buried somewhere between “You’re muted” and “Let’s circle back.” It doesn’t have to be that way.

Together, we will change that; you’ll learn how to design and lead virtual communication in a way that’s brain-friendly for both you and your participants.

You will explore using structure, strategic attention resets, and delivery strategy to reduce cognitive overload and make your message more memorable.  And- you will do it like a strategic leader without too many gimmicky "put in the chat" games that don't add to your message.

You’ll learn how to guide attention without demanding it, and how to engage people who are used to zoning out.

And, at the same time you are learning what to do in virtual meetings and on camera, you will learn how to be on camera. 

If being on camera makes your skin crawl,  you are normal, not uniquely disadvantaged.

Until you learn the skills, being on camera is inherently awkward and uncomfortable. Whether it’s Zoom, Teams, a media interview, or a pre-recorded keynote, showing up on camera can feel awkward, exposed, or just plain icky.

That’s not a flaw in your personality. It’s a mismatch between your nervous system and the demands of the medium.

But we can train your brain and body, so that you learn to shine and relax on camera instead. 

The program will give you tools to prep your voice, posture, and mindset so that being on video feels less like a performance and more like a satisfying conversation. You’ll know what to do when the camera clicks on, how to keep your energy grounded, and how to sound like yourself. Even if you are having a "bad hair day."
