The three crucial components of charisma and how to grow yours without being inauthentic.
High-impact body language and how to make sure you are sending the right signals.
How to use your voice to enhance your credibility without sounding or feeling fake.
The neuroscience behind creativity and how to boost it on-demand.
What to say when you have no idea what to say.
Tools for decreasing the time it takes to prepare a presentation or video while enhancing its effectiveness.

How the Program Works:

Learn to lead, inspire and engage without feeling that you need to pretend to be someone you are not. Instead, develop the skills to bring out your natural charisma and share your ideas with power and purpose.

This program is ideal for those seeking to move up the career ladder into new levels of leadership and those on a mission to change the world as business owners and thought leaders. It provides a supportive small-group experience that allows you to dive deep and uncover a whole new level of executive presence and personal mission. (Group size limited to 9 participants.)

10 Live Virtual Meetings

Enjoy hands-on learning activities and direct instructor support. 90-minute small group skill-building webinars allow you to build skills by doing. You also benefit from group discussion and instant, supportive feedback.

Meetings are on Thursdays at 4:30 MST, Starting September 9th and running until December 9th- with a"skip week" every 4th week.

1 Live In-Person Workshop

Take the skills you have learned to rock the room in a virtual setting one step farther, by learning to command the stage and captivate a live in-person audience. Practice in front of your peers and build community. (Note: this element of the program is optional. You can participate as a virtual-only member if you desire.)

The OPTIONAL workshop is Friday afternoon and Saturday all day, December 3rd and 4th, in Denver Colorado

Private Coaching

Seeking a significant promotion? Looking to build your business? Planning a TedX talk? Just want to be less nervous on your next Zoom presentation? Whatever your personal goals, we can tailor our learning to meet your unique needs.

Two 45-min private coaching sessions will be scheduled individually.

Access to the online course lasts for 1 year.

Certification & Digital Badge

Show your boss, prospective employer, or new clients that you are dedicated to serving their needs by mastering crucially important presentation skills. After completing the course, taking a short written exam, and submitting a 7-minute sample video presentation for review, you will earn a certification. You will also receive a digital badge you can display on your website or LinkedIn Profile and which viewers can click on to verify your new credential.

Class Meetings:

The core of our program is a series of ten 90-minute skill-building interactive workshops held over Zoom Virtual Conferencing. We will meet on Thursdays at 4:30 Mountain Standard Time. (Denver, Colorado Time, USA) Meeting dates are as follows:

Optional Live Workshop:

The live workshop will help you take the skills you have built in the virtual environment and apply them to in-person events. This part of the program is entirely optional and will be held in a Denver, CO location. (specifics TBD.) All participants attending the live event must be vaccinated. -- Workshop will be held in-person AND ALSO Live-Streamed for those who wish to attend virtually.

(Note: this element of the program is optional. If you live out of the Denver, Colorado area or prefer not to attend in-person events, you can watch the live stream, complete the other program elements, and utilize the digital lessons and resource library. You will still see a significant increase in your professional presence and be ready to take your certification test!)

Private Coaching:

Mari will schedule your private 1-1 coaching session after the 3^rd, 6^th, and 9^thmeetings.

Resource Library & On-Demand Course:

You will be given access to our online student portal when you register. New lessons and information will be released into your digital student area 72 hours before each live meeting. You will have access to the online student area for 1 year, starting from the first day of our program.

Certification and DIgital Badge:

To be eligible for the Virtual Presentation and Public Speaking Certification from Mari Geasair, you will need to attend 80 percent of our live meetings (excluding the optional in-person workshop), complete a multiple-choice test covering key concepts from the program and submit a 7-minute pre-recorded virtual presentation on the topic of your choice for review by Mari Geasair and a panel of 3 other adjudicators.

Upon successfully completing your certification requirements, you will be given a certification of skill, and a verifiable digital badge suitable for displaying online. Your digital badge will remain active and verifiable until December 2024. After that, you can re-test to keep your digital badge active for another 3 years.

If you have trouble successfully completing your certification requirements at first, Mari Geasair will offer additional coaching to help you cross the finish line and get your well-deserved certification.
