Why Prism Impact Is Different
Many communication training programs focus heavily on communication “styles,” personality assessments, or abstract frameworks designed to help people better understand themselves and others. While those tools can sometimes create useful awareness, they often break down in the moments that matter most.
Because during a high-stakes presentation, a difficult leadership conversation, a tense client interaction, or a fast-moving organizational challenge, most people do not calmly access a communication style framework and thoughtfully select the ideal response. Under pressure, human beings tend to revert to deeply ingrained behavioral and physiological patterns.
That is why Prism Impact takes a different approach.
Our work is grounded in neuroscience, behavioral communication, and practical implementation.
