About Your Instructor: Mari Geasair

Mari Geasair is a communication strategist, speaker, and trainer specializing in public speaking, executive presence, and high-stakes communication. Her work focuses on helping experienced professionals translate deep expertise into clear, compelling communication that lands in real-world settings, from conference stages to client-facing presentations.

With more than two decades of experience across organizational communication, performance, and applied voice and presence work, Mari brings a distinctly practical approach to teaching speaking. Her training integrates neuroscience, speech physiology, and live performance techniques to help people stay clear, grounded, and effective under pressure.

She has delivered over 2,000 engagements as a speaker, trainer, and actor, working with audiences ranging from intimate groups of three to conference stages of more than 3,000. This range shows up in how she teaches. Her work bridges the gap between formal presentation skills and the real, moment-to-moment demands of speaking in front of a live audience.
